C-nox specializes in the design, supply and integration of gas-engineering systems for the safe and environmentally sound combustion of climate-damaging residual gases. The gases treated originate from industrial and biological processes and can no longer be used for energy recovery or material recovery and must be oxidized with low pollutant emissions in accordance with applicable regulations.
The systems and components developed by C-nox meet the requirements of TA Luft, the relevant TRAS (in particular TRAS 110 and TRAS 120), as well as other applicable national and European regulations. The aim is to reliably comply with specified emission limit values through defined combustion conditions in terms of temperature, residence time and turbulence.
State-of-the-art burner technologies, temperature- and corrosion-resistant materials, and application-specific control and regulation concepts are used. The systems ensure stable operation even with strongly fluctuating gas compositions, volume flow rates and calorific values. Safety-relevant functions such as flame monitoring, ignition systems, gas monitoring and emergency shutdowns are implemented in accordance with the applicable technical rules.
By taking a holistic view of all gas-engineering components, highly efficient, operationally safe and economical system concepts are created that can be seamlessly integrated into existing processes. C-nox thus delivers technically mature solutions for demanding applications in environmental and industrial plant engineering.
